Angola, Ind. – Cameron Health has acquired the former Ruby Tuesday location near Walmart, off Wayne Street in Angola, Indiana, as the future home of Cameron’s Retail Pharmacy, which will relocate from its current space inside the Medical Office Building (MOB) later this year.
The new location will allow Cameron to expand pharmacy services in a more convenient, accessible, and patient-friendly setting while continuing to provide the high level of personalized care the community has come to expect. The move comes in response to significant growth in demand for pharmacy services over the past several years.
“This move gives us the opportunity to better serve our patients in a space that is more visible, easier to access, and designed for future growth,” said Jon Crabill, Vice President of Wellness and Benefits. “Our current pharmacy space is small and somewhat difficult for the public to locate. This new location will allow us to expand services, improve accessibility, and add conveniences like a drive-through for prescription pickup.”
The future retail pharmacy will focus solely on outpatient retail pharmacy services and is being designed with patient convenience in mind. Planned features include prescription pickup through a drive-through, improved parking and access, and additional space to support expanded operations and customer service.
Hannah Denney, Director of Cameron’s Retail Pharmacy, added that the transition reflects Cameron’s ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
“Our goal is to ensure patients continue receiving the same trusted service and personal attention they know from Cameron Pharmacy, while making it even easier and more convenient for them to access their medications and care,” Denney said.
Construction timelines and opening details will be announced at a later date.
