ANGOLA — Cameron Health has been recognized among the hospitals receiving a five-star cleanliness rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), a distinction recently highlighted by Becker’s Hospital Review.
The recognition is based on patient experience data collected through the national Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey. The survey asks patients to share feedback about their hospital experience, including their perception of the cleanliness of the facilities.
For Cameron Health, the recognition reflects something the organization believes should be a fundamental part of every patient experience: a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
