Farmacia minorista
Cameron’s retail pharmacy works much like a pharmacy in your neighborhood drugstore. This is where you can fill everyday prescriptions from your doctor, pick up over-the-counter medications, and get answers to common medication questions. Conveniently located inside Cameron’s Medical Office Building, our retail pharmacy makes it easy to take care of your family’s routine health needs without an extra trip across town.
Inpatient Pharmacy
The inpatient pharmacy serves patients who are admitted to Cameron Hospital. Unlike retail, these services happen behind the scenes. Our in-patient pharmacy team prepares and dispenses medications ordered by your care team while you’re in the hospital. They monitor dosages, prevent harmful medication interactions, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to ensure you get safe, effective treatment throughout your stay.
Cameron Hospital also offers a ‘Meds-to-Beds’ program. This is a convenient service where inpatients can have their discharge prescriptions delivered right to their hospital room before going home. This helps patients leave the hospital with everything they need in hand, reducing stress and improving adherence to their treatment plan.
Specialty Pharmacy
Some conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, or rare disorders require highly specialized medications that may be more complex to manage. That’s where Cameron’s specialty pharmacy comes in. This team provides patients with hard-to-find or high-cost medications, along with personalized support such as training on how to take them, ongoing monitoring, and help navigating insurance approvals.
