Taryn Kaiser, FNP-C, is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Taryn developed a passion for orthopedics shortly after passing her boards. She specializes in orthopedic surgery, assisting in the operating room and providing comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Tammi McCoy, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Cameron Health. With over 30 years of experience in the field, she spent more than a decade in orthopedic-specific care and holds degrees from both Northern Arizona University and Western Michigan University. Her passion for people is what drew her to the healthcare field, and her favorite part about working at Cameron is the tight-knit community. In her free time, Tammi is an active member of the women’s ministry at Sonlight Community Church. She also loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors with her grandchildren and crafting.

Matthew Sieloff, DPM, is podiatrist with Cameron Orthopedics. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and his medical degree from Des Moines University. Dr. Sieloff is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients. As a board-certified podiatrist, he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions, including foot pain, sports injuries, diabetic foot care, wound care, improving foot health and surgical interventions when necessary to help patients get back on their feet. Jordan F. Geroski, DO, is a board-certified family and sports medicine physician. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Geroski completed her residency at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, and a primary care sports medicine fellowship through the South Bend–Notre Dame program. Christopher J. Gasaway, DO, is a double board-certified family and sports medicine physician. Dr. Gasaway completed his medical degree from Kansas City University and received his family medicine residency through Reid Health and a sports medicine fellowship through Community Health Network in Indianapolis. Gasaway, a Fremont High School graduate, is excited to provide care in his hometown. Outside of seeing patients, Dr. Gasaway enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active, and traveling.

Adam R. Carr, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
