Barry Wertz, DMSc, PA-C, RT(R), is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) at Cameron. Dr. Wertz received his Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Saint Francis, Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Indiana University, and his Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been in healthcare for over 20 years, including more than a decade of experience in interventional and diagnostic radiology, specializing in percutaneous biopsies and diagnostic services. His professional focus is built around advancing procedural excellence and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety in every intervention. Outside of the reading room and procedure suite, Dr. Wertz enjoys cooking, teaching and spending quality time with his greatest source of inspiration and support — his family.
