Dean Mattox II, MD

Dean Mattox ll, MD, is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Mattox is proud to be a part of the Cameron medical team and has provided family practice care to the tri-state area for over 20 years. If the name sounds familiar this could be due to his father also being in primary care in the Angola area since the 1960s. Dr. Mattox received his undergraduate degree at Indiana University and his medical degree from American University Caribbean. He completed his residency training in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Mattox served as president of the Steuben County Board of Health. Growing up in the Angola area Dr. Mattox feels a true connection with his patients and treats them as if they are family. When not seeing patients, you can find Dr. Mattox enjoying water sports, snow skiing, racquetball, boxing, golf and traveling with his wife Kerry and their children: Kayla, Colton, Teagan, and Jackson.
