General inpatient hospice is a hospitalized service available to qualifying patients currently receiving hospice care or new to hospice services.

Chronic care management is a program supported by Medicare that focuses on helping patients with two or more chronic health conditions.
Palliative Care
Palliative care is a set of specialized care services available to patients with serious, chronic, or life-threatening conditions.
